- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize development processes and outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Pub/Sub.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing event-driven architectures using messaging systems.
- Ability to develop scalable and reliable software components that integrate with cloud-based services.
- Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to distributed systems.
- Experience in optimizing system performance and ensuring high availability of applications.
