As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of software components are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering efficient and effective business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain application performance.
- Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications using Spring Boot framework.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns relevant to Spring Boot.
- Ability to integrate Spring Boot applications with various databases and external services.
- Familiarity with RESTful web services and API development within the Spring Boot environment.
- Knowledge of debugging and performance tuning techniques for Spring Boot applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
