• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong experience in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights through interactive visualizations.
• Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) solutions with various data sources and platforms.
• Experience in optimizing performance and scalability of business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of best practices in data governance, security, and compliance within business intelligence environments.
