As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. You will design solutions tailored to client needs, write and test code to ensure quality and performance, and continuously improve existing software through maintenance and enhancements. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project requirements are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions meet client expectations and operate efficiently across multiple environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain smooth progress.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud-native environments.
- Strong understanding of deployment strategies and scaling applications using Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Kubernetes clusters for performance and security.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Kubernetes.
