Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application functionality and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with integration of SAP MDG with other SAP modules.
- Familiarity with data modeling and data governance best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
