- Lead efforts to ensure alignment of application design with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to streamline project workflows and resolve inter-team challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of data quality frameworks and compliance requirements related to data management.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies for data security, privacy, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze complex data environments and recommend governance strategies that support business objectives.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms that support data cataloging, metadata management, and data stewardship.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance practices are integrated into software development processes.
