- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Analytics Services, Microsoft Azure Data Services, Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- Strong knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques within cloud environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable data pipelines and workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of data analytics applications.
- Familiarity with collaborative development tools and version control systems.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
