As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of the development process, coordinating efforts to ensure the application meets business needs, and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous collaboration with various stakeholders, and overseeing the progress of application delivery to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team productivity and product quality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within cloud-based environments.
• Experience in integrating various systems and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
