- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve reliability and performance.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Good understanding on the SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce/SOW/Profile Worker modules.
- Must Have Skills: Understanding on the Configuration manager in the FG.
- Must Have Skills: Good to have Administration Manager knowledge in FG.
- Must Have Skills: Report creation/analysis.
- Good knowledge on the APIs.
- Good to have integration experience with Ariba and S4 Systems.
- Good to have knowledge on the Agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills with clear expression using language with precision.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Fieldglass or related technologies is a plus.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce/SOW/Profile Worker modules.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
