Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and configurations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to enhance system performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing reusable components and integrating with Salesforce data models.
• Strong understanding of client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, including Apex programming and Salesforce APIs.
• Ability to optimize component performance and ensure responsive user interfaces.
• Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
