Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow platform to streamline HR processes.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to custom software components.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.
