• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Document application designs, configurations, and changes to maintain clear records for future reference.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA.
• Strong knowledge of database management, backup, and recovery techniques.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and database issues.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
• Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards related to Oracle applications.
