Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Maintain and update documentation to support software development and deployment processes.
  • Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP HCM Time Management modules and their integration within enterprise systems.
  • Experience in customizing and configuring SAP HCM Time Management to meet specific business needs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time management processes and workflows.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Competence in analyzing system requirements and designing effective solutions.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
