- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and development frameworks related to UKG Pro.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
