Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into technical specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications developed align with the strategic goals of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Your role will also include testing and validating applications to ensure they meet the defined requirements, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- At least one End-to-end GTS implementation project with a hands-on role.
- Hands-on experience in SAP GTS, especially in Compliance Management, Preference Management and Customs modules.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA platform and Fiori applications is highly desirable.
- Implement Fiori applications or enhancements where applicable, to improve user experience and process efficiency.
- Should be aware of BRF+ conditions, PPF actions
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
