As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The engineer actively manages the development lifecycle, troubleshooting issues, and continuously refining the applications to align with evolving requirements and organizational goals.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
• Experience with customizing SharePoint sites, workflows, and web parts to enhance user experience.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including lists, libraries, and permissions management.
• Ability to develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation within the SharePoint environment.
• Familiarity with integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
