Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices in software development.
• Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.
• Core Java, Spring boot, Microservices and API development, AWS services and architecture understanding and hands-on exp.
• Expert in Java 17+ with strong hands-on Spring Boot microservices development.
• Highly skilled in performance diagnostics using profilers. Strong in thread dump, heap dump, GC tuning, and JVM internals analysis.
• Experience in SQL and NoSQL Databases
• Deep experience with distributed systems, latency optimisation, and resilience pattern
• Experience in deploying in cloud preferably AWS

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
