• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
• Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software components to ensure long-term sustainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C.
• Strong experience in customizing and extending SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C solutions to meet business requirements.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C environment.
• Understanding of agile software development lifecycle and ability to work effectively in iterative development cycles.
• Experience with scripting and configuration within SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C to enhance user experience and functionality.
