As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Experience with scripting and automation within ServiceNow platform to streamline IT service processes.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
