Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
• Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Accessibility Tester
• End to end testing of Accessibility enhancements
• Maintain test suites in Agile teams
• Debug/troubleshoot failures
• NVDA/Axe/AQA in depth knowledge
• CI/CD Pipeline: Uses Playwright for interaction testing, axe-core for WCAG 2.2 AA audits, and Lighthouse for high-level audits

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
