Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you build align with the strategic goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
