- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration.
- Experience in data migration strategies and tools related to enterprise resource planning systems.
- Strong understanding of data validation, cleansing, and transformation techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data migration issues.
- Familiarity with integration of master data across multiple business modules.
