As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud deployment.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Development of Utilities, Business logic in Core Java.
- Development of Features using spring boot.
- Development application using event based microservices.
- Design and create database tables Build & deploy micro services into Cloud. - Implement Hibernate for ORM.
- Working with API Gateways.
- Writing Unit Test for RESTful services.
- Implements Reusable components/services.
- Publish / subscribe services into API gateways.
- Create DDL/DML for Oracle & PostgreSQL DB.
- Very Strong in Core Java.
- Very Strong experience in implementing Restful API using Spring Boot.
- Very Strong experience with Microservices & event-based architecture.
- Strong Experience with any of the relational Databases. Preferably Open source DBs like PostgreSQL DB, MySql DB etc.
- Strong experience with Kafka & MQ.
- Strong experience with Cloud technology- Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
- Open JPA Or Hibernate

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
