As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application performance and functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Primavera EPPM.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development life cycle.
- Experience with database management and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
