Summary:
Seeking an experienced and hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) RTCDP Specialist to support our data onboarding, profile stitching, audience creation, and activation efforts within a large-scale Adobe marketing transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of XDM schema design, data ingestion strategies, identity management, and audience segmentation — with a focus on real-time personalization and activation across multiple channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement XDM schemas, datasets, and data relationships based on business use cases
- Configure and manage data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) into AEP
- Set up and maintain Identity Namespaces, Identity Graph, and Merge Policies for unified profiles
- Build and manage audiences using segmentation UI and SQL-based segment builders
- Ensure real-time audience availability and validate qualification rules
- Work with Adobe product teams or developers to set up Data Sources, Destinations, and Consent Frameworks
- Troubleshoot issues related to profile stitching, data mapping, audience qualification, or destinations
- Collaborate with AJO, CJA, and Offer Decisioning teams to ensure data usability and activation
- Document data dictionaries, profile KPIs, and segmentation logic
- Support platform QA/UAT, and contribute to privacy and governance reviews* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or MarTech/CDP platforms
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP
- Proficiency in:
- XDM schema design and dataset configuration
- Identity resolution, including cross-device stitching and merge rules
- Audience segmentation and activation use cases
- Strong understanding of profile store, segment evaluation logic, and profile simulation tools
- Familiarity with batch and streaming ingestion via API or source connectors (e.g., SFTP, cloud storage)
- Exposure to Destination setup (e.g., Marketo, ad platforms, custom endpoints)
- Comfortable reading/writing JSON, understanding data modeling, and interpreting segment logs
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
