Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards.
  • are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant specializing in Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
  • In this role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting configuration testing, implementation, and enhancements within Workday.
  • Responsibilities: Lead testing of Workday Benefits configurations, including enrollment cycles, life event changes, and open enrollment processes.
  • Support testing of compensation processes such as merit increases, bonus cycles, and other reward programs.
  • Collaborate closely with HR leadership to validate and support new compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Provide functional expertise to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of Workday modules.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (B.Tech preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS/HCM systems with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Compensation and Benefits. In-depth knowledge

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Academic Advising.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
  • Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Academic Advising.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
