Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute to providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA. - Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration processes and tools for software systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA. - This position is based at our Pune/Bangalore office. - A 15 year full time education is required., 15 years full time education
