As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. The engineer is expected to navigate complex challenges and deliver high-quality software components while maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Maintain thorough documentation of design decisions and development processes.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
• Experience in designing and implementing data models tailored to business requirements.
• Ability to optimize data flows and transformations for efficient processing.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA database and its integration with data modeling tools.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data modeling.
