As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of software components are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering seamless business operations through customized technology.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP.
- Experience in customizing and configuring enterprise applications to meet business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document technical details clearly.
