- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong understanding of quality management processes and their integration within software development lifecycles.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP Quality Management modules to align with business workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Quality Management functionalities.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control and testing strategies.
