Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during development and post-deployment phases.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of payment processing workflows and transaction lifecycle.
• Experience with integration of payment gateways and APIs.
• Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements related to payments.
• Ability to analyze and optimize payment system performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting payment-related issues and implementing effective solutions.
