Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, while providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development of project documentation and user manuals.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
• Strong understanding of production planning processes and methodologies.
• Experience with SAP modules related to production and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.
