Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs, ensuring they align with business objectives while maintaining a focus on user experience and technical feasibility. Additionally, you will participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the applications meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design.
- Develop and document application specifications and design documents.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance test results.
- Familiarity with application development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
