As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative software solutions, and ensuring that applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, while mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Spark.
• Strong understanding of data processing and transformation techniques.
• Experience in developing scalable applications using distributed computing frameworks.
