Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you build align with the strategic goals of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Participate in the testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka.
• Experience with message broker systems and event streaming platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with data serialization formats such as JSON and Avro.
• Knowledge of monitoring and performance tuning of Kafka clusters.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache Kafka.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
