As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative software solutions, and ensuring the successful deployment of applications. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems to enhance performance and user experience, while mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with database management systems and data modeling.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
