As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to meet evolving organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
• Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in software design and development.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications.

• This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
