• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable software components.
• Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within complex system landscapes.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance.

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
• This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
