Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging.
• Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Order Management.
• Experience in developing and customizing applications using Salesforce Omnistudio components and tools.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment strategies within Salesforce environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
• Knowledge of best practices in software design, configuration, and performance optimization on the Salesforce platform.

• This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
