  • Assess Technical Feasibility: Support product decisions by providing reliable technical feasibility assessments and actively contributing to the refinement of requirements.

  • Support Cross-Platform Integration: Apply basic knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support seamless cross-platform integrations when necessary.

  • Engage in Knowledge Sharing: Participate actively in organizational knowledge-sharing initiatives, including tech universities, conferences, and Communities of Practice (CoPs).

Who you are:

  • Educated Professional: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical domain.

  • Experienced Salesforce Developer: You bring 3+ years of progressive work experience as an active project contributor in software engineering, focusing on configuration and deployment within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Full-Stack Technical Expert: You possess proven expertise using a combination of frontend, backend, and full-stack development tools, specifically LWC, Apex, and SOQL.

  • Architectural Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture (including sharing models and security settings) and know how Sales, Service, and Community Clouds interact.

  • Collaborative Problem Solver: You are highly adept at providing and seeking constructive feedback, communicating technical risks, and evaluating alternative ways to solve problems.

  • Growth-Oriented Learner: You independently execute personal development plans, stay updated on current technological trends, and actively participate in professional communities.

  • Regulated Industry Mindset: You understand short- and long-term implications of technical decisions former experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GxP) and Salesforce Developer/Admin certifications are a strong plus.
