Core responsibilities
- Plan and run quarterly marketing calendars across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and blog
- Own paid campaigns end-to-end: budgets, creatives, audiences, landing pages, tracking, and reporting
- Build local marketing flywheel: store events, campus outreach, partner tie-ups, community meets
- Operate the content pipeline: briefs, scripts, thumbnails, posts, and publishing cadence
- Manage CRM and lead funnels; tighten attribution from ad/view inquiry order
- Maintain brand voice, visual consistency, and approval flows
- Coordinate with Sales, Ops, and ERP teams for offers, inventory pushes, and launch timelines
- Analyze performance; iterate fast on hooks, creatives, targeting, and pages
- Own listings and reputation: Maps, reviews, forums, creator/affiliate relations
KPIs
- Qualified leads (MoM growth)
- Cost per result for Digital Ads
- CTR, CVR, watch time, and subscriber growth
- Event footfall and partner-sourced leads
- Organic search visibility on priority SKUs and categories
Required skills
- Google Sheets: dashboards, QUERY/FILTER, pivoting, basic Apps Script familiarity
- Adobe tools for content production (Photoshop/Premiere/Illustrator or equivalents)
- Performance marketing ops: Meta/Google setup, pixels/Tags, UTMs, conversions, lookalikes, retargeting
- Strong copy and brief writing; tight execution and version control
- Understanding of SEO and Keyword Research tools

- PC build experience and/or technical background (components, SKUs, specs, benchmarks)
