Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end project execution and product data operations within the Custom Products/Antibody portfolio. This role combines scientific project coordination with product data governance, ensuring seamless execution from customer inquiry to order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of data accuracy, system readiness, and cross-functional alignment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong scientific understanding, operational ownership, and the ability to work across global teams including R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Order Management

  • Own and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle: inquiry → quote → production → delivery → invoicing
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Planning, Production, QA, Logistics)
  • Lead customer communication including requirement clarification, status updates, and issue resolution
  • Drive quote generation, pricing validation, and lead time commitments
  • Coordinate SKU creation, production planning, and order execution
  • Monitor timelines, risks, and bottlenecks proactively resolve issues
  • Manage shipment readiness and logistics coordination, including complex/custom orders
  • Handle customer escalations, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels

2. Product Data Governance & Management

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and governance of product master data (BOM, specifications, formulations, lead times)
  • Support data validation, audits, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to translate technical updates into system data
  • Maintain lifecycle visibility and documentation for assigned product lines
  • Ensure readiness of product data for Order-to-Cash (O2C) and supply planning processes

3. System & Process Support

  • Ensure accurate system updates and reporting in ERP/Salesforce and related tools
  • Support automation of order supply processes by aligning product data structures with systems
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Contribute to PPI (Process/Product Performance Improvement) initiatives
  • Assist in developing basic dashboards/reports for tracking project and data performance

4. Project & Continuous Improvement Support

  • Support small-scale projects related to system enhancements, data updates, and workflow improvements
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment for process changes and improvements
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve workflow efficiency

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate documentation for projects, product data, and system updates
  • Prepare reports on project status, risks, and operational metrics
  • Ensure traceability of data changes and audit readiness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Chemistry or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, scientific operations, product data, or order management roles
  • Strong understanding of scientific products (antibodies, reagents, or related areas preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and/or Salesforce
  • Exposure to custom product workflows, antibody products, or life sciences operations
  • Basic understanding of BOMs, product specifications, and supply chain processes
  • Experience working with global stakeholders
  • Familiarity with process improvement or automation tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
