Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customs Clearance Manager based in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The individual will oversee and manage the customs clearance process for export and import shipments, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Responsibilities include handling customs brokerage operations, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with customs authorities, and maintaining business communication with clients to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customs Brokerage and Import/Export operations
• Strong skills in managing Import and Export documentation and related processes
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with customs authorities and clients
• Minimum 10 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics management
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, policies, and best practices
• Proven ability to handle operational challenges and ensure compliance with regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the logistics and shipping industry in India is an advantage
