Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Custom Application Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, integrations, and cloud platforms.

This role requires strong ownership in building scalable, secure, and production-grade systems, with the ability to clearly articulate architecture decisions, trade-offs, and system design thinking. The candidate will also drive modernization through Generative AI (RAG & Agentic AI) solutions.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8–13 years of experience in application development and architecture
• Proven experience in building scalable enterprise-grade systems
• Strong full-stack + cloud-native development expertise
• Hands-on experience in modern architectures and AI-driven solutions

• Strong architectural thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to design and clearly explain end-to-end systems with depth
• Excellent structured communication and articulation skills
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience
