Job Description
- Custody Operations, Trade Settlements, capture and repair, Cash Processing, Income Processing.
- Corporate actions, Foreign Exchange, Cash Processing. FX operations, cline management.
Excellent communication, quick learner and eagerness to learn.
Responsible to support trade related activities.. Act as a lead. May be asked to join client meetings. Client point of contact for settlement, trade confirmations, corporate actions, dividends, payment queries. Act as a liaison with back-office settlement teams and provide solutions to the queries. Prior experience or knowledge of the following products a plus; custody Operations, Trade settlements, Trade capture and repair, FX operations, Cash processing, Corporate actions processing, Income processing, Client management.
Support the core staff in managing client queries relating to Custody Trades, Cash movements, Corporate actions and FX.
- Operationally manage and control the daily workflow within the Custody Client Facing team.
- Ensure all daily controls and client query management are completed and signed off, including client service inquiry resolution, cash and stock break, event management, as well as all key metrics are produced as required.
