You will assist customers with project & services-related inquiries, troubleshooting, order management

(order booking, billing amendments and cancellations) and resolving issues across multiple

communication channels and support ongoing contracts. By building strong relationships and providing

professional and helpful resolutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty

and business project continuity.

Project Coordination Skills

You will support the coordination and execution of service deliverables and project timelines. From

supporting Project Management team with scheduled order booking activities and timely invoicing, you

will ensure all aspects of customer needs are aligned with agreed deliverables and timelines, ensuring

their expectations are met effectively.

Project & Services Knowledge

You will develop a deep understanding of Honeywell's project and services offerings to assist

customers effectively. Your thorough knowledge will allow you to provide expert advice on operational

improvements and actively support in the end-to-end booking and billing lifecycle improvement.

Organizational Skills

You will handle multiple inquiries, cases, and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Your ability to prioritize and stay organized will ensure all responsibilities are met efficiently without

compromising service quality.

Responsibilities

Customer Inquiry Resolution

You will handle customer inquiries related to Honeywell's products, providing clear answers,

troubleshooting issues, and offering timely resolutions. Whether assisting with technical questions

or order concerns, your ability to ensure a positive customer experience will be integral to the role.

Project Orders Booking and Billing Execution and Support

You will assist in end-to-end order booking and billing in line with project timelines, tracking

progress, and ensuring service deliverables are met. This includes sending updates to Project

Managers and Sales teams, Customers, and coordinating with internal teams to support end-to-end

service execution.

Contract Review and Service Administration

You will support the management of service agreements, ensuring contract terms and deliverables

are tracked and upheld. From monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) to administrative

updates, you will ensure contracts clauses are effectively implemented and customer issues are

resolved in alignment with their agreements.

Process Enhancement and Differentiate Customer Support

You will participate in projects to streamline processes, and support AI-driven customer experience

initiatives. Whether ensuring task automation or resolving system issues, your contributions will help

optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. You'll work to support a differentiated

customer experience based on customer segmentation within your portfolio of accounts.

Issue Reporting and Problem Resolution

You will act as the point of contact for system or service delivery issues, reporting problems

promptly and working with specialized teams to ensure swift resolution.
