Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to core returns via phone and email.
- Contact customer to recover cores as per the due date via email and phone.
- Bill customer for late return fee as per the SPEX terms and conditions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during critical situations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
