Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Content Analyst with a solid experience in developing

learning content for technical and non-technical domains.

In this role, you will create engaging, practical, and learner-focused content that helps

professionals understand and apply concepts effectively in real-world scenarios. You will work

with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop learning content as per the defined structure

and outcome. The content will be used for training delivery in offline and online mode.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create engaging and practical learning content for professional courses

● Develop learning materials such as PPTs, PDFs, case studies, and assessments with the help of Subject Matter Experts

● Translate complex concepts into clear, structured, and learner-friendly content

● Apply appropriate pedagogy and learning approaches to enhance understanding

● Use modern tools (including AI tools) to improve content quality and efficiency

● Ensure all content is well-structured, engaging, and professionally delivered

● Design visually appealing content aligned with learning objectives

Requirements:

● Minimum 2+ years of experience in content creation (technical/non-technical) for

higher education while working with subject matter experts.

● Strong understanding of learning approaches, content structuring, and learning outcomes.

● Experience in creating and designing multi-format learning content (PPTs, PDFs, case studies, etc.).

● Experience of creating content using AI tools will be preferred.

● Good communication skills - verbal and written.
