Curriculum Head

PhysicsWallah is hiring for the role of Curriculum Head at our Noida location.

We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about early childhood education, curriculum development, and building impactful learning experiences for young learners across digital platforms.

Position: Curriculum Head

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full Time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Educational Psychology, or related field

• Formal certification or training in Montessori, EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or similar frameworks preferred

• 3–6 years of experience in curriculum design, pedagogy, or early learning content development

• Strong understanding of developmental milestones across early age groups (0–8 years)

• Experience designing structured learning journeys and outcome-based curricula

• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to convert academic frameworks into scalable content systems

• Prior collaboration experience with creative/content teams in EdTech, preschool, or media environments preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the end-to-end curriculum framework across toddler, preschool, and early learner age groups

• Define learning objectives, developmental milestones, and curriculum roadmaps aligned with child development principles

• Ensure all content is educationally meaningful, age-appropriate, and grounded in evidence-based pedagogy

• Collaborate with YouTube and strategy teams to balance learning outcomes with engagement and retention goals

• Translate curriculum strategies into practical guidelines for writers, animators, and creative teams

• Conduct research on global early learning frameworks and integrate relevant best practices into content strategy

• Review scripts and content outputs for pedagogical accuracy, consistency, and quality standards

• Continuously improve curriculum frameworks based on audience behavior, feedback, and learning effectiveness
