About The Role

We are looking for a Curriculum Engineer – AI/ML to design, develop, and continuously improve industry-aligned curricula in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The role combines technical research, curriculum engineering, instructional design, and hands-on learning development to create structured, practical, and outcome-driven educational experiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in AI/ML, enjoys breaking down complex technical concepts, and can translate them into structured learning modules, hands-on projects, assignments, and assessments that prepare learners for industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain structured curricula for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and related technical domains.
• Learning Content Development: Create detailed lesson plans, learning modules, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and assessments aligned with defined learning outcomes.
• Hands-on Learning: Develop coding exercises, practical labs, real-world case studies, capstone projects, and portfolio-building assignments.
• Technical Research: Research emerging AI/ML technologies, industry practices, frameworks, and tools to keep the curriculum relevant and up to date.
• Concept Simplification: Break down complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand learning materials.
• Industry Alignment: Collaborate with subject matter experts, industry practitioners, and instructors to ensure the curriculum reflects real-world applications and job requirements.
• Learning Path Design: Build progressive learning journeys that help learners develop foundational knowledge and advance toward industry-ready technical skills.
• Assessment Design: Develop evaluation frameworks, coding assignments, quizzes, and projects to measure learner understanding and technical proficiency.
• Curriculum Quality: Review, test, and refine learning materials to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, clarity, and quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Use learner feedback, assessment performance, instructor inputs, and placement requirements to improve curriculum effectiveness.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with academic, product, and placement teams to strengthen learning outcomes and support the launch of new AI/ML programs.
  
  

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical content creation.
• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Python, and data science concepts.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and create structured learning content.
• Experience developing technical assignments, coding exercises, projects, and assessments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools, LMS platforms, and digital learning technologies is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
